Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of getting them. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns. Items must be in as-new condition, unworn, unwashed, with labels attached, and in original packaging.
Email support@fephostore.com before sending anything back. We will give you the correct process and the return warehouse address. Do not send items to the admin office.
Shipping Your Return
Pack the items well and use tracked shipping. You pay the return shipping cost for standard returns. We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Process
After we get and check your items, we will email you. Refunds take up to 10 days. Funds go back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color, email support@fephostore.com with a short note about what you need. We will help you sort it.
Order Cancellation
Email us right away if you want to cancel. If the order is already processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to use the return process.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or wrong, take photos and contact support@fephostore.com. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
